Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our goods to you.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS

• By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province or country of residence.
• You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, and you may not break any laws in your jurisdiction by using the Service, including copyright laws.
• You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or code of a destructive nature.
• A breach or violation of any of these Terms will result in immediate termination of your access to the Service.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS

• All Genus Faith products are made to order. We hold no pre-made stock. Production begins after you place your order and takes 2-7 business days before dispatch.
• Our handbags, tote bags, wallets and Bible covers are made from premium vegan leather (PU). This is not animal leather.
• All items are produced and dispatched from our manufacturing partner's facility in Da Nang, Vietnam, with international tracked shipping. All import duties and taxes are prepaid by us; you are never charged on delivery.
• We have made every attempt to display the colours and images of our products as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. Minor variation in grain, finish and colour is normal in made-to-order production.
• Product descriptions, specifications and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.

SECTION 3 - ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

• We take care to keep the information on this site accurate and current. Where a typographical error, inaccuracy or omission relates to a product description, price, promotion, shipping charge, transit time or availability, we reserve the right to correct it and to change or cancel an affected order, including after the order has been submitted. If we cancel an order for this reason we refund you in full and email you first.

SECTION 4 - ORDERS, CANCELLATION AND OUR GUARANTEE

• You may cancel or modify an order free of charge within 12 hours of placing it, before production begins. See our Cancellation Policy.
• Because items are made to order, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. Within 30 days of delivery, if an item is defective, incorrect, damaged, or never arrives, you keep it and we provide a free replacement or a full refund at your choice. See our Return, Refund and Guarantee Policy.
• We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers or resellers.
• You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

SECTION 5 - GENERAL CONDITIONS

• We have the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason at any time.
• You understand that your content, not including credit card information, may be transferred unencrypted and may involve transmissions over various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer.
• You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service or any content on this website without our express written permission.

SECTION 6 - THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND LINKS

• We may give you access to third-party tools over which we have no control. Such tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Your use of them is at your own risk.

• These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate at any time by ceasing to use our website. We may terminate at any time without notice if you fail to comply with any provision of these Terms.

• These Terms of Service, together with any policies posted by us on this site, constitute the entire agreement between you and us and govern your use of the Service.

SECTION 14 - GOVERNING LAW

• These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, where FoxEra Company Limited is registered.
• This does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country in which you reside. If you are a consumer in the United States, the European Union, or the United Kingdom, you retain all rights granted to you under the consumer law of your jurisdiction.
