Return and Refund Policy
1. RETURN & REFUND
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return/refund. If the item is defective, damaged/broken, wrong, please contact our support@genusfaith.com. If your report exceeds this period, we may not be able to offer our warranty.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Please send us an email at support@genusfaith.com and provide clear photos of the item received, including the packaging and shipping label, so we can verify your case.
2. CLAIM PROCEDURES
Proof of Purchase: Take a photo of the item(s) and contact us via email:
- We strictly require graphic proof to resolve claims so please make sure you attach at least a well-focused photo of the defective item so we can provide you with a resolution quickly. Claims that are not accompanied by proof will not be reviewed.
- Please submit your photo(s) and state clearly whether you wish for a remake or a refund. This will help avoid back and forth communication.
- Wait till our support team get back to you within 24 - 48 hours
Inspection and Notification: After we receive and inspect your request, we will notify you via email about whether your request has been approved or rejected.
Remake Processing: If approved, we will process a replacement order and reship to you as soon as possible.
Refund Processing: If approved refund, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 14 days.
Checking Refund Status:
- First, recheck your bank account if you haven’t received a refund.
- Next, contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
- Then, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
