Where we ship from

Genus Faith products are made to order. Every item is produced and dispatched from our manufacturing partner's facility in Da Nang, Vietnam, and delivered to you with international tracked shipping.

We do not hold pre-made stock. Each piece is produced after you place your order, which is why production time is listed separately below.

Duties and taxes are prepaid

All import duties and taxes on your order are paid in advance by Genus Faith. Your parcel is shipped Delivered Duty Paid. You will never be asked to pay anything to the carrier, the post office, or customs when your order arrives. The price you see at checkout is the final price.

Where we ship to

United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Israel, and the United Arab Emirates. If your country does not appear at checkout, we cannot ship there yet.

Free Shipping applies automatically to any order with a merchandise subtotal of $50.00 USD or more, calculated after discounts and before tax. It uses the Standard Shipping service and the Standard delivery time below. Your exact shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

How long it takes

Because every item is made to order, your total wait is production time plus transit time. All items in our store are custom-made and require 2 - 7 business days for crafting and packing.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. These are estimates based on carrier performance, not guarantees.

Tracking

We email you a tracking number when your order ships. Please allow 3-5 business days after that email for the first scan to appear, as the parcel must enter the international network before updates begin. You can track anytime on our Track Your Order page.

Delays

Most orders arrive within the estimated window. Delays can occur from peak season volume, public holidays, severe weather, customs inspection, or carrier disruption. If your order passes the estimated window, email support@genusfaith.com with your order number and we will open a carrier investigation and update you.

If your order does not arrive

If tracking shows no movement for 15 consecutive business days, or shows delivered when you did not receive it, contact us within 30 days of the last tracking update. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the parcel cannot be recovered, we will reship your order free of charge or refund you in full. Your choice.

Incorrect address

Please check your address before paying. If your order has not entered production, email us within 12 hours and we will correct it free of charge. Once an order has shipped to an address you provided incorrectly, we cannot recover it and cannot refund it.
