In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), Genus Faith has adopted the policy below toward copyright infringement. We reserve the right to (1) limit access to or remove material that we believe in good faith to be copyrighted material that has been illegally copied and distributed by any of our advertisers, affiliates, content providers, members, or users, and (2) remove and discontinue service to repeat offenders.

Genus Faith is a brand operated by FoxEra Company Limited, 53-55 Hoang Van Thu, Da Nang 550000, Vietnam.

Your use of Genus Faith services is at all times subject to our Privacy Policy, which incorporates this Copyright Dispute Policy. Any terms used in this Policy without being defined here have the meaning given to them in the Privacy Policy. See also our Intellectual Property Policy.

Reporting a copyright infringement

If you believe that material or content residing on or accessible through our services infringes your copyright, or the copyright of someone you are authorised to act on behalf of, please send a notice of copyright infringement containing the following information to our Designated Agent (contact details below):

1. A physical or electronic signature of someone authorised to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that has allegedly been infringed;
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the URL or location of that material on genusfaith.com, in sufficient detail for us to find and confirm it;
4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the identified material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
5. Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address;
6. A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to file the complaint on behalf of the copyright owner.

After we receive a valid notice

Upon receipt of a proper notice of copyright infringement, we reserve the right to:

1. remove or disable access to the material identified;
2. notify the content provider accused of infringement that we have removed or disabled access to it; and
3. terminate that content provider's access to our services if they are a repeat offender.

Counter-notice

If the content provider believes the removed material is not infringing, or that they have the right to use it, they may send a counter-notice to our Designated Agent containing:

1. Their physical or electronic signature;
2. Identification of the material removed and the location at which it appeared before removal;
3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that they have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification;
4. Their name, address, telephone number and, if available, email address, together with a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal Court for the judicial district in which their address is located, or, if their address is outside the United States, to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, where Genus Faith is registered, and that they will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice.

If a counter-notice is received, Genus Faith may, at its discretion, send a copy to the original complaining party, informing them that Genus Faith may replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it in 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider, the removed material may be replaced, or access to it restored, in 10 to 14 business days or more after receipt of the counter-notice, at the discretion of Genus Faith.
